Membership door/light tag: Door/Light Tag Change: 1st April each year.

New Members: Key tags are $10.00 each.

Key Tags: are for members use only and for the name loaded on the tag only, any lending of tags to non members or others can result in keys being stopped.

Existing members – keep your existing tag, this will be activated each season once your membership is paid. If you lose your tag, you will need to purchase another.

Footwear: No outside shoes are to be worn on the courts, they must be clean inside shoes.  Squash Shoes must not be worn from the carpark inside onto the courts or back outside.  A Change of shoes is required.

 Junior: A child will qualify for Junior membership only if they are in full time education and are under 19 years of age as at 1st April each year and living at home.

 Tertiary: A student will qualify for membership only if they are currently enrolled in tertiary education and are under 20 years of age as at 1st April each year.

 Couple/Family: A couple or family subscription must have all appropriate forms in order to receive the subscription and living at the same address.

 Social (playing): A social playing subscription entitles membership based on the member being able to play outside of the hours of 5-7 p.m. Monday to Friday, being unable to be included in carded tournaments and will have restrictions on the key type issued.

 Monthly Sub: A social playing monthly subscription entitles membership based on the member being able to play outside of the hours of 5-7 p.m. Monday to Friday, being unable to be included in carded tournaments and will have restrictions on the key type issued. Summer Sub: Starts each year on the 1st of October and goes through to 31st of March these are $115 per person.  Junior Summer Sub is $55 per person.

 Subscription Letters: Please ensure all the details on your record are correct and add your email address if applicable. All members, must provide a birth date and email address, your email is required for the online system HelloClub. Names and phone numbers only will be listed on the Information Board. All other information will remain confidential. Please email taumarunui.squash@xtra.co.nz for a copy.

Visitors: A fee of $5 per person per 45 minutes is to be put into the provided envelope and placed inside the visitor’s box located in the foyer of the Squash Club. This fee is to be paid each time a visitor is using the courts. When using the visitor button on lights, the fee will charge through to your key tab on pro booking.  Payments can also be made on line instead of using the envelope, please put your visitor’s name in the reference.  Please do not use practice or another keytab when playing a visitor, please adhere to the rules and push visitor button with your keytab.

 Fee payment: Present your Subscription Letter/s at the club with your payment/s and collect your receipt and membership card (required for licensing laws).  Key Tabs will roll over access if paid before 1st April, if not, then helloclub will automatically stop access. New Members will need to purchase a keytab and this will be set to their accounts on helloclub.
